Gaining Perspective from a 10-D point of view!

Here is a little something to really give you some perspective on the nature of reality!

"Imagining the Tenth Dimension" looks like it will make some great light reading!

Great video, easy to understand
Of course I have hundreds of questions.... we then are multidimentional beings..right?
Thank you !

That would the gist of what they are saying, but it is hard to really ascertain what is meant a lot of times. Apparently string theory is gaining ground and there appears to be means of testing it coming along. Now if it is true then everything we understand about ourselves has to be redone. Unfortunately this is more difficult than one thinks if you want that understanding to be true. I would think that if true then we are biased towards seeing reality through the lens of our senses, which unfortunately is all that we have. Of course that doesn't make any difference because reality is what it is, regardless of how we perceive it!

Hi
Could it be that in other dimensions reality does not change but it can be perceived with a diff. glass, deeper. Our senses usually deal with 3d. But intuition and other perceptions come from beyond?
Just thinking how to explain myself LOL...
Be well !

I think I grok the angle you are reaching for but I have some confusion about how it all really works. If we are to adhere to the hypothesis that there are 10-11 dimensions as string theory suggest, then we have to delve into what that means. Now according to them the 'higher' dimensions reside on the subatomic scale. Now proving that is going to be tricky and in science it is all based on what you can measure. If I may make an analogy consider the 2nd law of thermodynamics, aka entropy. Now you cannot really measure this strange thing but you can measure the variables associated with it. It is only a valid theory because it allows you to track the changes of those variables. Likewise it seems that if string theory is valid a similar change of variables will be accounted according to these higher dimensional hypothesises. I know it is a bit cumbersome and not nearly as romantic as Don Juan but that is how science works! Remember it is the vestige of a long history of people who have had to deal with a lot of charlatans and perhaps why it is such a great system for approaching reality. It is bad enough that we can fool ourselves!

Now as for intuition and other such things working in those mysterious ways perhaps this does account for such things. One may even interject Quantum Mechanics into the picture. Unfortunately this is hard to prove and hence why science generally does not go in that direction. But don't let that dissuade you from investigations because science is far from understanding the total nature of reality. If we thought otherwise we just may subject ourselves to another form of dogmatism and that is not what science is supposed to be about. As I am sure you well know there was a long vain of pseudo dogmatic scientificism(is that a word or did I just make a bushism? ;)) running amok for a while. Personally I think this has done more harm than good and certainly did not further our knowledge and understanding of the world or reality. But then again that has more to do with the nature of social power and not the investigation of reality!

Thank you for your reply and explanation... quite interesting.
Your points go straight !!
Bushism LOL good one haha

I get it, even Castaneda had his view with a perspective that means beyond?
I believe science has a lot to prove still.
Thank you I will keep researching !
BTW you have a lot of info and videos here. I will watch and read little by little.
Take care !
